In addition to real estate sales and the occasional 'flip', I had the opportunity to purchase a large lot in the highly desirable North Fair Oaks neighborhood of Redwood City. We started at the very beginning, taking the project through subdivision as well as plan/permit/build for two brand new homes that turned out just as wonderful as I had hoped they would. We experienced delays (thank you government bureaucracy) shutdowns (thank you COVID), myriad applications/submissions/approvals from myriad departments and myriad fees (!) from anyone and everyone who could, plus all the usual daily ‘stuff’. But I learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed everyone I worked with and who I could not have done it without! Very proud of the process and the result!
